Refund policy
1. Return Window
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Promotional Items (Final Sale)
Purchases made during any promotional sale are final and cannot be refunded or returned unless there is a manufacturer defect.
3. How to Return
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Packaging: All merchandise returned to Breezebed must be in the original packaging with all original items included.

Missing Packaging: If the original packaging is not available, pack your item securely using a replacement box and proper packaging to ensure the item is well-protected.

Return Address: The return address will vary based on the product but will be included in the return label provided to you.
4. Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
5. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3 days.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please follow these steps:
